By using YESFX services, including our Copy Trading system, educational resources, and other offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must immediately notify YESFX of any unauthorized use or security breaches. YESFX is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

Fraud, phishing, or unauthorized access

Our Copy Trading system is proprietary and exclusive to YESFX. Users may not copy, redistribute, or sell access to the system.
YESFX does not guarantee profits; all trading involves risk. Users are responsible for understanding and accepting risks before subscribing.

5. Payment and Refunds

All service payments are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is purchased, no chargebacks or disputes may be filed.
YESFX may offer promotions, coupons, or free trial balances, but reserves the right to modify or revoke them at any time.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and services provided by YESFX are the intellectual property of YESFX. Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute them without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

YESFX services are provided “as-is” without warranties.
We are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including losses resulting from trading decisions or system use.
